CANCELLATION POLICY The courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice is requested for all services. Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. If you do not, we will have to take a credit card number with your subsequent appointments and charge a $25 fee if you fail to give cancellation notice. Cancellations due to sudden labor are excused with our understanding and warm wishes.    If you have a Groupon or Living Social coupon and do not cancel your appointment ahead of time or are a no-show, you forfeit the deal and can reschedule at our regular excellent rates.   LATE POLICY If you are running late, please call ahead if possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, however it is likely your appointment will be cut short accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will reschedule your appointment for another time.
